Tania-Cyrena is a 800m athlete. As a mentor to many young adults, she regularly attends school assemblies to motivate young adults and children to believe, pursue a dream and never give up. She’s been providing a Heart to Heart service to young teen girls and adults designed to help place value on humanity and making the world a better place through sharing, reaching, and embracing.
Tania-Cyrena have over 15 years of coaching experience and has a background in PE teaching. She been offering sports coaching (athletics, gymnastics and body fitness coaching) to adults, girls and boys. In which this helps to inspire and motivate children and young adults to realise their full potential through participation in sports and physical activity.
She has influenced the lives of more than 2,000 children and young adults in pre, lower and upper schools around London.
It is her mission to ensure that every child and adult live life to the fullest and plants seeds of greatness.
She has been able to empower children, to purpose a dream and never give up no matter what set back one faces.
In 2019 Tania-Cyrena was awarded Haringey unsung woman from Haringey Council and again in 2020 she was awarded Haringey Hero award for going above and beyond to support the community of Haringey in these difficult times. This was presented by the Mayor of Haringey, Cllr Sheila Peacock.
