Focusing on basics of movement through a series of running, jumping and throwing, and skills-based activities. While developing confidence.
Athletes will have the option to train up to 3 times a week. Each session is 1 hour.
We impart the necessary skills through a combination of coordination and running drills to enhance and increase cognitive performance and jumping and throwing.
We offer our athletes the opportunity to compete in competitions all year round, from winter indoor track and field competitions, to summer track and field competitions.
We also help you or your child move up to the next stage whether it’s to achieve a personal achievement or Pursue a dream of representing a Club at regional level, county or national level.
