Introducing young athletes to learn correct technical principles of sprinting, throwing, and jumping

Focusing on basics of movement through a series of running, jumping and throwing, and skills-based activities. While developing confidence.

All of our coaching, assistant and volunteer staff are trained professional with a deep passion for education and specialises in athletics. 

Athletes will have the option to train up to 3 times a week. Each session is 1 hour.

We impart the necessary skills through a combination of coordination and running drills to enhance and increase cognitive performance and jumping and throwing.

We offer our athletes the opportunity to compete in competitions all year round, from winter indoor track and field competitions, to summer track and field competitions.

In association with Enfield & Haringey Athletic Club  .We help you and your child move up to the next stage whether it’s to achieve a personal achievement or Pursue a dream of representing Enfield & Haringey Athletic Club  at Youth Development League, County, Middlesex Young Athletes League or National Athletics League.

**Please note there will be NO training on competition day.
