A 45 minute fundamental pre-athletic music and movement program for ages 3-4. Perfect introduction to athletics based movement. A fun-filled class – taught by experienced instructors / coaches and their puppet friend, JJ.  Focuses on coordination, balance, body exercises, skills, and many more.

A unique athletic program, using positive reinforcement and low child-to-coach ratio to make sure each child feels confident when tuning, jumping and throwing, allowing kids to improve at their own rate.

Working on running, jumping and throwing with elements of teaching children the basis of warm up, skills, drills used in athletics.
